Pakistan Established on the Sacred day of Shab-e-Qader on 27th of Ramzan, on the Name of Islam, Pakistan Ka Matlab Kia  “لآ اِلَهَ اِلّا اللّهُ” and “ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُوُل اللّهِ” but unfortunately, until now we have not established it as Islamic Welfare State yet. Most of the western powers wish to see a Secular Pakistan and they are creating hurdles to establish Islamic State. Pakistan as an Islamic State shall be a Real Welfare State. If a Modern Country like Singapore have Implemented very Strict Laws & Punishments, than why not Pakistan? 

It was Dream of Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal and Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali  Jinnah along with Great Freedom Fighters and Leaders got us an Independent State "Pakistan" and that was not the end of this Movement in itself. After Freedom of Pakistan, the People of Pakistan are the means to get the real goal which is Prescribed in the Quran and ordained by Allama Iqbal and M. A, Jinnah to all of us to Implement and Establish on this Pak Land. The task of Human Freedom is still pending.

We are Not Free until unless the implementation of the Constitution for Humanity "Quran" is established. Remember that is the Higher Goal of Humanity as a whole. Every effort of every human towards the establishment of the Just System of Quran is the real effort because this will be beneficial towards the whole humanity. We have to come out of mindset of slavery as under colonial era and step into a real Freedom under Islamic Rule of Law.  

Beware! The fall of Dhaka is course of God and sign of His anger. Allah has been so kind to us for the sack of His One of the most favorite nation by Allah, Bani Israel has been thrown away out of their native land and they have been facing all sort of downfall. Even Allah has shifted Kaaba from Jerusalem to Sacred Makah. We have got Pakistan on the name of Deen-e-Islam, but unfortunately till today we have not set up here the Islamic Laws. Still we have been given a last chance to make it an Islamic Welfare State by setting up Constitution of Islam, or get ready to face the course of God.

There is no written constitution of Israel, since all Jews believed that there shall be no written book/document may have been more sacred than their holy book Toraat.

The Holy Quran should be the constitution of Islamic State. There is no death penalty to break the Quranic Laws, but unfortunately there is a death penalty if you break the Man Made Constitution of Pakistan. We have to dismiss this Man Made Constitution and follow The Quranic Laws as the Constitution of the Islamic State of Pakistan.  

All the Islamic Countries shall be United and at least maintain the following.

There shall be a United States of Islam under Khilafat.

There shall be Free Entry/Work Permit for all Citizens of Islamic Countries.

Common Bait-ul-Mal to get rid of Loan on Interest by IMF and World Bank and by any other financial institutes..

Common Armed Forces of all Islamic Countries.

Common Currency (no paper currency but Gold or some other metal coins) for all Islamic Countries

All the Natural Resources such as Trees, Agricultural Productions, Oil, Gas, Minerals, Gold, Diamonds, and Silver etc. of any Muslim Country shall be shared among all Societies.

Maintain our own Social Media, News and Entertainment  Channel.

Capitalism, Monarchy, Democracy  and Religious Political Wings shall be end by all means, close all Banking and Insurance Systems Digital and Paper currencies etc.

Bring Peace and Harmony among all the societies, sects, casts etc.

All Agricultural Lands and Properties, Mills and Factories shall be confiscated by the Bait-ul-Mal.

Islamic State shall be responsible for all able to work or not or even un-employed the Basic Food, Shelter, Health, Education, Skill Development, Transportation etc.

No non-Muslim will have full rights of an Islamic Welfare State but they shall be given all Human and Religion Rights and Personal Laws. No non-Muslim Citizen will join the Legislative  Institutes. No non-Muslim Citizen will be posted on highest level of policy making authority.

The caliph Hazrat Umer (RA) said that he will be held responsible by Allah if a dog dies of hunger at the Shore of River Nile! What a care of an Animal, one may think how much he care for human beings as a Ruler of an Islamic Welfare State. Islam does not allow anyone to save or deposit his/her wealth in any Bank.

سُوۡرَةُ الهُمَزة

ٱلَّذِى جَمَعَ مَالاً۬ وَعَدَّدَهُ ۥ (٢) يَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ ۥۤ أَخۡلَدَهُ ۥ (٣) كَلَّا‌ۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِى ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ (٤) وَمَآ أَدۡرَٮٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحُطَمَةُ (٥) نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُوقَدَةُ (٦) ٱلَّتِى تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةِ (٧) إِنَّہَا عَلَيۡہِم مُّؤۡصَدَةٌ۬ (٨) فِى عَمَدٍ۬ مُّمَدَّدَةِۭ (٩)

سُوۡرَةُ لهب / المَسَد

مَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُ مَالُهُ ۥ وَمَا ڪَسَبَ (٢) سَيَصۡلَىٰ نَارً۬ا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ۬ (٣)

His wealth and gains will not exempt him. (2) He will be plunged in flaming Fire, (111-3)

سُوۡرَةُ المَاعون
أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ (١) فَذَٲلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ (٢) وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ (٣) فَوَيۡلٌ۬ لِّلۡمُصَلِّينَ (٤) ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَن صَلَاتِہِمۡ سَاهُونَ (٥) ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ يُرَآءُونَ (٦) وَيَمۡنَعُونَ ٱلۡمَاعُونَ (٧)

Have you seen him who (hypocrites/Munafiqs) denies the Deen? (1) That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly),(2) And urges not on the feeding of the poor,(3) So woe unto those performers of prayers (4) Those who have not fulfilled their prayers (5) Those who do good deeds only to be seen, (6) And prevent small kindnesses like salt, sugar, water). (7)

Islam gives respect and opportunities to earn respectful livings for all the Mankind. We have been commanded to spend our all savings on welfare not allowed to save,

All Banking System is against the teachings of Islam, even the Islamic Banks is not following the spirits of Islam and it is same as if a Bar put its name as Islamic Bar.

Islam has discouraged savings and Banking System which involve the interest (SOOD),  Allah has declared a WAR against the Interest. Islamic state is responsible for food and shelter for all-in return of their collective work for the state. If someone is disabled or sick, cannot work, the state will be responsible for him and his family too. People are used to enjoy the profits on their savings which is unfair according to Islamic Laws, since there is no hard work involves to earn this living and it is the form of interest, it is the earning only on your investment. People feel the peace of mind taking 10-12% Profit per Annam and giving 2.5% as a Zakat. People have created some other Gods beside Allah, We have put an end to all sort of Banking System and setup only Bait-ul-Mal.

If Allah is the Best Provider of the Food, than why people dying of hunger? Allah has gifted all his blessings Free of Cost and Equal rights to all the Mankind, weather someone is white or black, Arab or No Arab, Allah is The Sustainer for everyone, e.g. if the sunlight and heat of the Sun is equally free for all, likewise the moonlight, roof of sky, rain and water are equally free for all? Than why the Land and Food are not equally and freely distributed to the Mankind? Allah has certainly created the earth free and equal for all His creatures living on this planet, but some clever and powerful people have illegally grabbed it and made weaker their workforce. You may ask any landlord that did he bought this land from the God? No, certainly not! He might have bought this land from an unauthorized owner who has been involved in encroachment / illegal land grabbing, or his  has got its possession from his parents or his forefathers’  have got its possession as a reward from the Government, or his forefathers’ have been involved in encroachment / Illegal Land grabbing. This is the result of “Might is Right”. These illegal land grabbers are responsible of divide of rich and poor in our society, and they have also undertaken the distribution of food in their hands beside Allah Certainly who is the best Sustainer. Man just sow the seed in Allah’s created Earth, Water is given by Allah, the sun and moon also created by Allah, seed is also programmed by Allah, seed and air is also provided by Allah, than what these illegal land grabbers will reply to Allah?

The illegal land grabbers have started givinf their agricultural land to poor labor on 50% sharing of crops. The landlords keep ownership of few to many of Agricultural Farms and do nothing yet having share of many other humans unlawfully. Islamic law does not allow the land lordship of humans. All land shall be taken under Bait-ul-Mal custody; the whole community shall share all the production of the land and its treasures with the public since the state is responsible for all the basic needs of all its society members.

Stop Repaying the Illegitimate Debts to IMF and World Bank etc.
In international law, odious debt, also known as illegitimate debt, is a legal theory that says that the national debt incurred by a despotic regime should not be enforceable. Such debts are, thus, considered by this doctrine to be personal debtsof the regime that incurred them and not debts of the state. Get help from committee for the abolition of illegitimate debt.

Today the world is under debits of more than 47 Trillion on interest,
Ecuador, Argentina, Paraguay are all countries that have refused to repay debts to the World Bank, the IMF, the Paris Club and bankers with their dignity, why not Pakistan?

Islam strictly opposes the Interest. Why Pakistan is involved in Loans on Interest against the will of Allah and Holy Prophet PBUH, Even the communist countries did not take any loans on interest.

Stop Interest/Usury ...It is Fighting against Allah and His Messenger
 سورة البَقَرَة

(٢٧٧) يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَذَرُواْ مَا بَقِىَ مِنَ ٱلرِّبَوٰٓاْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ (٢٧٨) فَإِن لَّمۡ تَفۡعَلُواْ فَأۡذَنُواْ بِحَرۡبٍ۬ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ‌ۖ وَإِن تُبۡتُمۡ فَلَڪُمۡ رُءُوسُ أَمۡوَٲلِڪُمۡ لَا تَظۡلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظۡلَمُونَ (٢٧٩) وَإِن كَانَ ذُو عُسۡرَةٍ۬ فَنَظِرَةٌ إِلَىٰ مَيۡسَرَةٍ۬‌ۚ وَأَن تَصَدَّقُواْ خَيۡرٌ۬ لَّڪُمۡ‌ۖ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ (٢٨٠)

مومنو! خدا سے ڈرو اور اگر ایمان رکھتے ہو تو جتنا سود باقی رہ گیا ہے اس کو چھوڑ دو (۲۷۸)

اگر ایسا نہ کرو گے تو خبردار ہوجاؤ (کہ تم) خدا اور رسول سے جنگ کرنے کے لئے (تیار ہوتے ہو) اور اگر توبہ کرلو گے (اور سود چھوڑ دو گے) تو تم کو اپنی اصل رقم لینے کا حق ہے جس میں نہ اوروں کا نقصان اور تمہارا نقصان (۲۷۹)

اور اگر قرض لینے والا تنگ دست ہو تو (اسے) کشائش (کے حاصل ہونے) تک مہلت (دو) اور اگر (زر قرض) بخش ہی دو توتمہارے لئے زیادہ اچھا ہے بشرطیکہ سمجھو (۲۸۰)

O ye who believe! Observe your duty to Allah, and give up what remaineth (due to you) from usury, if ye are (in truth) believers. (278) And if ye do not, then be warned of war (against you) from Allah and His messenger. And if ye repent, then ye have your principal (without interest). Wrong not, and ye shall not be wronged. (279) And if the debtor is in straitened circumstances, then (let there be) postponement to (the time of) ease; and that ye remit the debt as almsgiving would be better for you if ye did but know. (280)

We are Strongly in-need of Islamic Laws and Implementing them in true spirits of Islam:

• Enforce Justice System  Equality for all. Law shall treat Rich or Poor, Powerful or Weak equally.

• Establish Writ of The Government, Countywide Discipline in all walk of life,  Law & Order. Islamic Governance System and Election Reforms

• State shall be responsible for Health & Education. Welfare & Human Rights of all Citizens Muslims or Non-Muslims.

• All Religions and their followers may have Freedom to Act on their Religion and Perform their Rituals.

• Setup Salaat & Zakaat System By Community Mosques since Quran Emphases this many times "وَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتُواْ الزَّكَاةَ."

• Setup Bait-ul-Maal (بيت المال House of Wealth/Welfare Fund) for the Community in every Union Council under Locals Management.

• All Candidates of any Election must be Truthful & Trustworthy (صادق اور امین) and Nobel Citizens. They shall never be Bank Loan/ Utility Bills Defaulters, and they have Never been Charged Against any Crime.

• The Salaries and other Incentives of all Elected Members shall Not Exceed an Average Income of Common Citizen and Elected Members shall not do any Business/Job. Like Singapore, salaries of Government employees should be maximum that they shall not earn by under the table otherwise they shall be hanged. There shall be no exemption of utility bills.

• There shall be No VIP Protocols & Security for Elected Members, Government Dignitaries and High-ups’ Such as President, PM. CMs, Governors, MNA, MPA. Mayors, UC Chairman etc.

• There shall be No Luxury Vehicles (above 1300 CC /Foreign Imported) allowed for Government Employees/ Elected Members for their personal use, No Driver, No Patrol and No Vehicle Maintenance will be Provided. All Expenses on Vehicle shall be Paid by the Official  holder of the vehicle. The government shall save on all unnecessary expanses, have to avoid VIP culture, Savings on Foreign Trips, Discretionary funds, Official lunch and dinners, Large Official Residences, Protocols etc.

• All the Government Representatives, Head of State, CM, Governors, Public Office Holders, Government Servants and official must adopt simple lifestyle, no luxury houses for all and say no to VIP Culture.

• VIP Status & Protocol shall be given to those who Contributes more to State Economy by Taxes  and Community Welfare Projects. 

• Fresh & Pure Drinking Water, Balanced Diet, Shelter, Health Care, Healthy Environment shall be the responsibility of the State for all Poor/Needy.

• The population of European countries is decreasing very rapidly and dangerously. In a couple of years many countries may face lack of natives and increase in Muslim’s population. Since Islam teaches the Allah is the Best Provider of the Food. All souls coming to this world has opportunity to produce his/her food and other resources. China is a fast growing county with the power of its huge population. As an Islamic Estate Pakistan should oppose the International campaign of Population control by Family Planning. We shall support a large family by extra funds and resources for their positive growth, health and education. This will result in a Skilled manpower generation for the world, which will earn lots of Foreign Exchange for our families and our country too.

• Enforce Strict Rules & Punishments Like Law of Singapore that help Singaporeans to Achieve a Climax Position in the Word.

  • There shall be Death Penalty for Corruption/ Kickbacks or Fraud in National Projects. After implementation of this law the corruption has been illuminated in Singapore. There was only one Minister accused for corruption, he committed suicide before his investigation started.

  • The Debasement  (ملاوٹ) in Life Saving Medicines & Food Items shall have Death Penalty, since this Corrupt Mafia is Playing with Life of Other People. 

  • There shall be Death Penalty for Narcotics (نشہ آور ادویات )Production Selling & Smuggling. Since this Corrupt Mafia is Playing with Life of Youth. FIR against such Crimes shall be Served by Army Courts.

  • Vandalism (توڑ پھوڑ) Wall Chalking, Writings at Public Places/Property shall not be tolerated in our Society, Beside Heavy Fines there shall be 3-10 whips and 1-3 Months of Imprisonment.
    
    The Punishment shall be given to all criminals without any discrimination of Rich or Poor, Powerful or Weak.E.g. Singapore punished a boy of USA Ambassador, though President of USA Appealed for not to Punish and even threat Singapore for boycott their Embassy & Relation with Singapore.

  • Rape (عصمت دری)/ and Child Abuse /Molest (بچے کے ساتھ زیادتی ) shall be strictly Prevented and a such criminals shall Stoned to Death Publicly, if you think this is Cruelty then Please Stop Raping and Molesting a Child.

  • Sexual Harassment (جنسی حراساں) of a Women / Child by a Person/ Group Shall not be Tolerated, beside Fines there shall be 10-20 whips and 6-12 Months of Imprisonment, Wrong Calls/ Blackmailing over Phone or Internet shall also be Charged as a Harassment.

  • All Ammunition  (گولہ بارود/ سامان جنگ / ہتھیار /اسلحہ) Licenses of Public use shall be cancelled and Arms shall be taken back  except Security Agencies or Government Departments. There shall be heavy punishments for having any sort of Weapons. This Rule will help in Prevention of Many Crimes. In Singapore, keeping a Knife at public place is also considered a Weapon and is a non-bail able crime.

  • Armed Robbery (رَہزَنی ۔ ڈاکَہ ۔ لُوٹ ۔ قَزّاقی ) shall not be tolerated, Robbers shall be Hanged Till Death Publicly.

  • All Police/ Government Authorities Raids shall have Video Recordings for Evidences Capturing and Transparency.

  • For a Healthy Environment Littering. Eating Chewing Gum & Smoking Tobacco/ Sheesha Shall be Heavily Fined and Punishable Crime.

  • Smoke Free Vehicles and Power Generators shall be maintained and any Violations Shall be Punished.

  • Zebra-Crossings shall be Strictly Monitor for Pedestrians Rights Violations.

  • Traffic Laws Violence shall not be tolerated, beside fins there shall be Imprisonment punishment and Points reduction for driver, Ban for driving for certain time or even life time ban like Singapore.

  • Use of Alcohol (شراب نوشی)/ Drunk-Driving shall be Strictly Prohibited and There shall be Heavily Fines and Punishments on its business. All Alcohol factories licenses shall be canceled and close permanently. Singapore Police have caught and Punished the Father of the Nation’s Father and set an example that there is no one above law.

  • Theft (چوری) shall be prevented and Thieves Shall be Strictly handled. A Thief (Who is Professional/ Well off or Needy but receiving Zakaat) shall be punished Publicly of cutting his/her hand off, if you think this is Cruelty then Please Stop Stealing.
    If a thief is caught for stealing due to hunger/ poverty than his area Bait-ul-Maal Chairman / Zakaat Committee Member shall be held responsible and get punished. 

  • To Prevent Murders (قتل) a Murderer Shall Payoff The Blood Money to the Family of Deceased Person or be Punished Publicly of Cutting his/ her Head off, if you think this is Cruelty then Please Stop Killing Someone.
    
    In September 1990 President Ghulam Ishaq Khan promulgated the Qisas and Diyat Ordinance, which redefines certain crimes and punishments under the Pakistan Penal Code and provides punishments which, by internationally-accepted human rights standards, are considered cruel, inhuman or degrading.
    
    In the case of murder, qisas means the right of a murder victim's nearest relative or Wali (ولي) (legal guardian) to, if the court approves, take the life of the killer. Qisas is one of several forms of punishment in Islamic Penal Law, others being Hudud, Diyya and Ta'zir.
    
    Punishment of Qisas is physical in nature whereas Diyat is in form of blood money. ... (iv) As to Right: Qisas is the right of victim or the wali of the victim. On the other hand Diyat is the right of the wali of the victim and may be demanded by them only.
    
    A murderer may force victim's nearest relative or Wali to accept Qisas. In this case the culprit may get released from the death penalty charges. This will be unjust in our society where a Powerful & Rich Murderer will get an easy relief by just paying blood money or threat the victims’ family to accept  Qisas to forgive. The State Shall Imposed at least 10 years of impressment for a murderer even he /she has been forgiven by Victim's Family and state will be responsible to provide protection to Victim's Family, only by this law we may have true justice and peace.

  • To punish brutally or attacking by dogs on a child worker, poor or aged labor (male/female) working at home/ office/factory/agricultural land/ bricks Bhatta etc., by the Landlords/Rich/Nawabzadas shall be handled very strictly, Government shall punish such a rude and criminal minded person publically, heavy fines as well Long-Term Imprisonment..     

  • Law of Property Distribution (تقسیم وراثت)  among the next of kin of a Person who have been passed away, shall be implemented according to Quran Laws.

  • A person/developer who involves in encroachment / Illegal Land Grabbing ( اراضی پرغیر قانونی قبضہ) of other Person’s  or Government or Hold  Someone's  Property with forgery shall be Punished with Heavy Fines. 10-50 whips & Long-Term Imprisonment. All illegal properties build on a Government Land which is not kept for public amenities shall be taken over by Government and Auction to the Public, all other properties build on Public Amenities Areas shall be demolished, and all the allottees shall be given a full compensation by the Developer. Our Justice System shall also hold and punish all Government Authorities who have been involved and not taken any action on encroachment .

    If there are poor/ needy persons involves in any encroachment for their living or small businesses, Government shall provide free/affordable alternative space for them to live and earn their livings.   

  • Kidnap-for-ransom (اغوا برائے تاوان)  shall be Prevented in Society. All Criminals of such incidents shall be Hanged till Death Publicly.

  • Filling a FIR shall made eazy for public, there shall be an online FIR Registration System without any Bribe or Support from Politicians.

  • A Person who Falsely Witness (جھوٹی گواہی) in any case shall be Punished  with Heavily Fines, 25 Whips & Long-Term Imprisonment.

  • Filing False Cases/ False FIR (جھوٹا مقدمہ) shall be Strictly Prevented in our Society. Such Criminals shall be Punished According to Punishment of the Case Filed Falsely Against an Innocent Citizen. This will eliminate many false cases from courts and will save Many Accused Innocents and Court’s Precious Time.
    
    All lawyer shall also submit an affidavit to court for each case that they will submit the correct information as per their findings and will be held responsible for any wrong information.

  • There shall be Strict Laws and Preventive Measures to Eliminate Give & Take of Bribery (رشوت) & Personal Recommendation, Favoritism,  (سفارش کرنا) from our Society By Colleagues, Relatives, Friends or High-ups’ etc, All Corrupts shall be Punished Publicly.

  • To Boost our Business & Economy, Exports of all Raw Materials shall be Prohibited and Exporting Made in Pakistan shall be Promoted. All sort of Product’s Import shall be Banned Except New Technologies.

  • There shall be Total Interest Free Economy and Banking System, Since Interest ( سود ) is declared as War Against Allah. We shall Totally Avoid IMF and Word Bank's Loans.

  • All Corrupt Persons shall be liable to pay back our country loans and interest from their looted wealth  Our Banks shall be operated as Bait-ul-Mall, and shall offer Interest Free Business/ Personal Loans. All Bank Accounts shall be Current Account, there shall be no Saving Accounts with a Fixed Monthly/ annually Interest. There shall be World Islamic Fund for helping Muslim World Economy with Interest Free Loans.

  • There shall be Strict Control on Use of Loudspeakers in indoor/outdoor activities or even in Mosques.

  • Namaz Break shall be given in all Government institutes as well private sector during job hours.

  • Police shall not Arrest/ Handcuffed any Accused until Proven Guilty by Professional Investigation Team, and the person will not get punished during investigation. Police will protect one’s self-respect until proven guilty. This will eliminate Corruption in Police Department.

  • Qadianis (Ahmadiyya) think of Muslims as Kafir (Non-Muslim). Pakistan’s constitution declared qadiani as murtad (a renegade ie. one who professed Islam at one stage thereafter turned apostate and left Islam.)
    
    Penalty for Apostasy limited for those who cause Hirabah after leaving Islam, not for personal religion change. Maliki – allows up to ten days for recantation, after which the apostate must be killed. Both men and women apostates deserve deathpenalty according to the traditional view of Sunni Maliki fiqh.  
    
    Qadianis are non muslim minority in Pakistan. CNIC must display in the religon section that the holder of this identity card is Qadiani. All newly converted Qadianis shaall be consider as Murad.

Some other idea 

• Teach our Nation, Mannerism, Self Respect, Self Control, Tolerance, Discipline, The Sense of Ownership of the Country beside their homes in order to make them more Responsible Citizens.

• One Window Operations shall be Promoted in all Public Services.

• There shall be Live Videos of Kitchen/ Cooking Areas and Storage of a Restaurants Displayed in Customer's Service Area to have a Quality Control and Cleanliness Check. 

• There shall be Strict Quality Control Checks on Fresh Fruit Juices and Fresh Milk Packaging Plant.  Are they packing Pure Juices & Milk? How much they are Purchasing Fresh Milk and How much is being Packed?

• There shall be Strict Quality Control Checks on Purity & Freshness of Frozen Food, Ice-cream, Canned Food, Drinks and all Other Eatable Items.

• There shall be Strict Quality Control Checks on Medicines Manufacturing Plants and Small/Medium Medicine Production Units.

• In the Holy Month of Ramadan, (during summer), there shall be Day Off and Night Open Markets & Offices like KSA. Dubai, Malaysia & Turkey.

• The Manufacturing/ Sale & Use of Cigarettes, Pan, Naswar, Gutka, Berri, Chewing Gum, Chalia etc., shall be Strictly Prohibited and Punishable. There Shall be TV Campaigns about Health Issues by These Stuff.

• New Moon Rise Starts an Islamic Month. In Pakistan, there has been disputes in some Provinces about The Rise of New Moon. We do not celebrate Eid in Pakistan following Saudia Arebia, then why we wish that all Our Provinces must Celebrates Eid on the Same Day? Each Province May follow It’s own New Moon Rise. If we can’t be agree on this then follow KSA, Since our Time difference with KSA is only 2 hours .

• Government Shall Provide Interest Free Easy Loan for Newly Wed Couples. Mass Marriage Ceremonies Shall be Promoted. Big Dowry (جہیز) Shall be Discouraged. One Dish Wedding Lunch/ Dinner Invitation and Dawat-e-Walima Shall be Promoted.
  

• Instead of Spending Billions of Rupees on BISP (Benazir Income Support Program), Cottage Industries shall be Build & Promoted with Skill Trainings and Interest Free Easy Loans.

  Or at least change this Scheme Name to Pakistan Income Support Program since it is not being funded by any politician but they are gaining public political advantages by using a Political Party Leader Name. Government also has to re assess all members getting this support for that they are really deserving for this help.

• There shall be Comiti Schemes (Interest Free Monthly Savings Shared with Other Members) by Bait-ul-Mal for Hajj, Umrah, Qurbani,m Wedding, Small Business, Car, Bike, Electronics, Travel, Household Expenses etc.

• The annual budget of the Federal Government is based on a Medium Term Budgetary Framework (MTBF). The MTBF is an approach to budgeting that integrates policy-making, planning and budgeting within a medium-term framework. MTBF was sponsored by UK and now by European Union.

• Promote Education for all.  There shall be Separate Classes for Boy & Girls at Same School Building at different Timings of in order to Share Limited National Resources.

• Government shall Provide Free Agricultural Land to Poor Farmers and Interest Free Easy Loan for Solar Powered Tube Wells, Small Tractors & Agricultural Equipments.

• The Majority of National & Provincial Assemblies and Senate Members Shall Not Pass a Law / Bill alone, there shall be Participation of Voting by Think Tanks from Public at Union Level, all Core Commanders of Armed Forces. The Sharia Courts will also assure that the new Bill/ Law is in accordance with Spirits of Islam and have no contradiction against Quran than only a new Bill/ Law shall be established.

• All Top Leveled Appointment shall be on Merit base. There shall be No Political Appointments or Favoritism in Appointing DGs or Head of Government Departments, e.g. Appointment of DG NAB, DG FIA, Chairman FBR, Head of SECP, Chairman NADRA, Chairman PEMRA, Chairman PIA, Chairman OGDC, Chairman BISP, DG OPF, Chairman Bait-ul-Maal, Pakistani Ambassadors,  Governors, VCs of Universities, Election Commission, ROs, Judges, IG Police, DPOs etc

• Accountability Shall be Across The Board. All Persons shall be Accountable as well their Co-ordinators and Family Members Who have Misused their Power To Gain Financial Support by any mean and/or Favored Any Person to gsin a benefits Out of The Way.

• Once the Financial corruption has been proved,  the Person will be Hanged till death publicly and his/her Property will be taken over by state and if the person found guilty for helping others in corruption he/she be beaten with 5-10 lashes and also will be sentenced to long term jail

• We need to implement of a Personal Wealth Limit Law, by which all Citizens are not allowed to own More than One Home of a certain plot size and Floors, One Personal Vehicle and One Family Vehicle, Unless the Person has more than one marriages,

• All Cash/Gold Deposits Belong to a Family shall be managed by Bait-ul-Mall. A Farm House must produce Agriculture and Live Stocks, otherwise will be detained by the State
  

• If a person possesses more than one house, other than his/her Family residence. State shall buy Extra Properties and hand over these properties to Bait-ul-Maal for the use of needy ones.
